CyCraft’s Global Strategy, Tech Trends, and Product Portfolio

In the first half of CyCraft Day Japan, CyCraft’s three co-founders shared unique insights into the AI and cybersecurity landscape from their respective professional lenses.

First, Benson Wu, CEO and Co-founder, delivered a keynote titled "One Sky to Defend: CyCraft’s Vision for the New Strategic Frontier in the AI Era." He noted that as "frontlines of democratic and free nations," Taiwan and Japan face shared geopolitical threats. Wu emphasized that synchronized R&D and operations in strategic fields—such as AI security and drone technology—are crucial for safeguarding a free society.

Next, PeiKan Tsung, CISO and Co-founder, presented "Key to Preemptive Defense: Insights into Cybersecurity Trends from Taiwan, Asia’s Frontline." He introduced recent attack trends targeting Taiwan, suggesting that threat intelligence gathered at Taiwan’s frontline directly helps Japan preempt risks. Furthermore, he highlighted that APT attacks are becoming "supply-chainized," with AI significantly accelerating the evolution of attack tools. He warned that defenders must maintain equivalent agility to counter these challenges.

The first half concluded with Jeremy Chiu (Birdman), CTO and Co-founder, presenting "CyCraft’s Evolving Solution Portfolio: Major Updates and AI Initiatives." He introduced the latest updates to the Autonomous Threat Exposure Management Platform XCockpit and unveiled the unique technical highlights of new Generative AI security products, XecGuard and XecART. Through this comprehensive portfolio, CyCraft shared its blueprint for a next-generation security ecosystem and its vision for mutual growth with partners.

Attack Scenario Simulations and Partner Success Stories

The second half focused on practical operations and case studies. CyCraft Japan Senior Security Researcher Murakami Hirokazu conducted a technical demonstration titled "Mastering XCockpit through Attack Scenarios: Seamless Defense via Multi-Module Integration." By simulating real-world attacks, he demonstrated how the Endpoint, EASM, and IASM modules within the XCockpit platform collaborate for threat detection and real-time response.

A major highlight of the event featured guest speakers from strategic partners: Taro Sekine, Board Member and CEO of NTT Security (Japan) K.K. (NTT セキュリティ・ジャパン株式会社) , and Tetsuya Inagaki, CEO of Future Secure Wave, Inc. (フューチャーセキュアウェイブ株式会社). They shared their journey of collaborating with CyCraft in the Japanese market. Sekine discussed their experience in Incident Response (IR) collaboration, while Inagaki explained how CyCraft products empower their Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) services. Both speakers emphasized the importance of "co-creation" by fusing Taiwanese technology with Japanese industrial foundations, and were looking forward to future collaboration.
